Fixed

• Notes editor: save button now correctly persists content after the first save without requiring a page reload.
• Notes editor: multi-select mode toolbar now appears reliably when selecting multiple notes.
• Notes sidenav: view-only mode is now enforced when the sidenav is opened from the read view; the editor is not mounted unnecessarily.
• Notes drag handle: drag-to-reorder handle is now visible and functional across all note list rows.
