Fixed

• Comment author: added name input to comment form, persisted in localStorage; old comments without an author display “Anonymous” instead of “Unknown”
• Comment timestamp: stored as full ISO datetime instead of date-only; rendered with locale-aware date + time (e.g. “Mar 1, 2026, 2:32 PM”)
• Comment delete: requires confirmation via modal before calling the API
• Comment edit: pencil button enters inline edit mode per comment; saves via new PUT /api/tasks/:id/comments/:commentId route
