• Idea sorter table view: sortable/filterable table over the existing ideas directory

• btn-primary hover uses filter: brightness(0.85) — no cascade or theme issues
• btn-secondary hover uses inverse colors (--color-bg-inverse / --color-text-inverse) for guaranteed contrast in all themes and dark mode
