• Section jump bar with scroll-spy in the task list view. Horizontal row of clickable section pills below filter dropdowns shows all sections with task counts. IntersectionObserver highlights the active section on scroll. Click to smooth-scroll. Bar auto-hides when a section filter is active.
• MCP tools for time-tracking (list, get by task, create, delete time entries), C4 architecture (list, get, create, update, delete components; add/remove connections; get by level), and update_onboarding_template.

Fixed

• Task sidenav slow to open: populateSelects() now caches dropdown DOM and reuses FuzzyAutocomplete instances instead of rebuilding on every open.
• People parser validates models array with shared AgentModelSchema Zod schema extracted to types.ts as single source of truth.
