• get_next_task MCP tool and GET /tasks/next API endpoint for skill-based task matching. Accepts agent_id, reads person.skills, cross-references with task tags on ready tasks sorted by priority. Falls back to untagged tasks, then any available task. Supports project, section, and exclude_tags filters.
