• batch_update_tasks MCP tool and POST /tasks/batch API endpoint for updating 1-50 tasks in a single call. Each entry supports all update_task fields plus optional inline comment/comment_author. Returns per-task success/error results with optimistic locking and claim guard support.
• ready boolean filter on list_tasks MCP tool for dependency-aware task picking — true returns only tasks whose blocked_by are all resolved.
• sweep_stale_claims MCP tool and POST /tasks/sweep-stale-claims endpoint for releasing tasks with expired claims (configurable TTL, default 30min).
• agent_heartbeat MCP tool and POST /people/:id/heartbeat endpoint for agent liveness signaling — updates lastSeen, optionally sets status and currentTaskId.
